When exporting an SVG from a graphics editing platform try setting it to flatten zombies… errr… I mean flatten transforms. This may lead to an initially larger file, but once optimized with svgomg or svgo it may end up being much, much smaller. Plus editing or animating parts of the SVG file later will be much more straightforward.
