Like an equal caliber measured in mm vs one measured in inches, CSS transforms and SVG transforms are the same. They do the same thing. Work the same way. And you can continue or modify a transform from the SVG in your css. However, their syntax is slightly different e.g. SVG transforms use commas to separate their values whereas CSS uses spaces.
