Your client doesn’t always know what they want or, worse, they don’t always know what their boss wants. It’s often your job to help them figure that out before you can do the work they hired you to do. This is very frustrating, but if you can stick it out and get buy-in from who you’re working with, they’ll be clients for life and/or provide a great recommendation/testimonial.
